Out and about October 2009

Our chaplains are on the move about the town. With a team of seven chaplains we are able to provide effective support in the town centre. As we get to know people and their needs the team is making the friends and building up the contacts that are so important in these early stages of the chaplaincy.

The Ock St. Fayre begins with a Fayre Service (near the galloping horses) on the 4th October, led by one of our chaplains Richard Bittleston, minister of Trinity Church.

Expect to encounter chaplains in Ock St. Sturt St. Bridge St. the precinct, the market square and Bath St. over the coming weeks.
